Renting a car is very easy. To do this, you must select the car you like from the catalog and leave a request. All parameters are entered in a special calculation form on the website. Once a specific model has been selected based on the technical characteristics and appearance, the customer enters the rental and return dates.
An agreement is concluded between the renter and our company specifying the conditions of use of the vehicle, the rights and obligations of the parties.
The transmission of the vehicle is formalized by means of an acceptance certificate.
Rental restrictions:
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old. The driver must be in possession of an official driving license recognized in Spain and with a minimum validity of one year.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 are considered young drivers, in which case a small additional fee applies to the car rental.
The car can be picked up at the offices of our company or ordered at any address within the coast, including the airport, hotel, entrance, etc. (paid service).
The rental car is delivered in excellent technical condition, clean, with a full fuel tank. If for any reason you cannot come to the office or you make the request from another city, the car will be sent to any airport or train station. This allows the customer to continue moving to the desired location without any time delay.

With us you can rent a car without a driver:

The amount of the deposit depends on the category of the vehicle and the selected insurance package.
The deposit serves as a guarantee of compliance with the terms of the contract and can be used in the following cases:
Late return of the vehicle
Insufficient fuel level on return
Damage to the body or interior
Lost car keys
Loss or damage of additional equipment (GPS, etc.)
Using the wrong fuel
Rough driving, careless handling of the vehicle
Crossing the border without authorization
Heavy pollution of the interior
Exceeding the mileage limit (for vehicles with restrictions)
Breach of contract
To avoid additional charges, please read the rental terms and conditions carefully and follow the vehicle operating rules.
All those who are added as additional drivers in the car rental agreement. No more than three additional drivers can be added to a contract.
The driving of the vehicle by a person not specified in the rental agreement is a direct breach of the contract and all responsibility in case of accident falls on the main driver, in addition to the responsibility he has to the company.

There is no maximum age for car rental, however Arenta Cars reserves the right to refuse service to drivers over the age of 69.
The minimum rental period is 72 hours. You can return the car earlier, but in this case the rental price will not be refunded.
The maximum period during which you can book a rental online is 31 days. You can book a car for a longer period by contacting us by phone or email. We will check the availability of the necessary vehicle and offer you the appropriate options.
The rented car can only be used in the territory of the Spanish Peninsula and Gibraltar. You can not visit the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. It is also strictly forbidden to visit other countries.
However, upon request, we can issue a written permission to travel outside the permitted area. If you leave the designated areas without this permission, a fine will be applied, the amount of which is specified in the rental conditions.
There is no additional charge for early return and no refunds will be given for unused time.
To receive a vehicle, the driver must present the following documents:
Reservation or voucher number
DNI/NIE/Passport in force
A valid Category B driver's license.
All documents must be original and submitted personally.
Provisional or learning licenses, digital, QR codes and photocopies will not be accepted.
The same requirements apply to additional drivers.
